I had something really, really nice happen to me this week. I was caught off guard by it and became very emotional. I started crying! I couldn’t stop the tears. I felt kinda stupid about my reaction but then realized HECK NO! My tears are important and good. I immediately replaced my self-deprecating thoughts and got some good ol’ fashioned GRATITUDE going. Now THAT’s being Mentally Tough.
