Last month I wanted to put down the barbell for good. I was burnt out mentally and physically. But instead of killing all my dreams of competing at the World championships in August, 2018, I got mentally tough and didn’t react to my emotions.
Then with my coach we reviewed my process: I tweaked my workout, changed my diet and vowed to communicate better with him inn the future. Result? Last Saturday I had my best competition ever, hitting 2 Personal Records.
All of our goals need constant tweaking. So before you quit, tweak your plan and communicate your feelings with those who count. Then look out! You never know what might happen next.
